"It is stuffy"

"There was a large centipede like bug on our bathroom wall on arrival. Room was run down and the plumbing sounded like somebody was drilling through a concrete wall with a hammer drill whenever any of the adjacent rooms were showering."

"Very convenient to public transportation. Walking distance to Little Italy. Friendly staff. Issue with room AC was resolved within a half hour by a wonderful technician!"

"We stayed in the old Victorian building with a balcony overlooking the courtyard garden. It was a beautifully appointed room with lots of space. Everything about the properly is lovely. As a luxury hotel be prepared to pay luxury prices. (Over $200 for 4 beach lounge chairs and two umbrellas for the day). You definitely get what you pay for though, it’s an amazing properly. "
