"Lovely modern hotel. Looks recently refurbished. We had a very quiet room away from the main road. Parking is 8 minutes walk away and I would not have liked to do that walk in the evening on my own as a very quiet area at night."

"Great hotel, comfortable bed, had a gym. Breakfast was really nice, good quality food. The staff were extremely helpful and very cheerful. One downside, and it was extremely disappointing, was the ability to charge my car. The Motna EV charging machines at the hotel simply would not charge mine and other guests’ cars. This was a total joke and made me extremely angry. The EV charging companies are not taking maintenance and operation of their infrastructure seriously. You have to own an EV to understand the stress and anger of not being able to charge."

"I stay at the Link Hotel quite often as the location suits my business needs. It’s always very good value for money and with free parking and Harvester next door, it’s ideal for me. It’s always very quiet, rooms are nice and although the bathrooms need updating, the overall experience of the stay is one I’d recommend. "

"This was our 2nd visit to the hotel the staff were very helpful. The only 2 things to complain about was the bedroom was very cold but we found the fan heater which aired the room . There was no milk & tea bags & I had to go down to reception to fetch some."

"Wow I was visiting Nottingham for an eye surgery with my elderly parents where by my mother was the donor. Not only that the facilities were great, clean and spacious, the staff really wowed me from the word go. The bookibg experience was great as I sought accessible room for my parents. The staffed namely Hamid and Katie were so helpful in guiding me and giving my parents and I the perfect rooms. Then came the special requirements for earlier breakfast than normal time in the room. It was managed seamlessly at no extra cost. The staff also helped mu mother with medication post surgery whilst I was still at the hospital. The food quality at the breakfast and in room service was superb. A the icing on the cake that not only we were allowed extended checkout at 4pm later than normal but were also given complimentary breakfast for 2 out of 4 guests and discount of onhouse dining experience. What can I say we received a royal treatment during our four day stay. The staff and customer service was beyond best. I never expected so much that they gave us in service and care. Wow and absolute wow. The location is also very central with the high street just behind the hotel with plenty of wonderful dining experiences. A 7 star service by a 4 star hotel. I am sold"
