"The room itself was nice. However, we were not notified that the pool was unavailable, which was one of the selling points that we were looking forward to. In addition, The breakfast left something to be desired and was slow to be refilled, especially on Sunday. They appeared to be having some sort of sewage type issue bubbling up next to the walk when we left. I informed the attendant and they said they'd send a message to their manager on Monday without even taking a look. Overall it was fine but it left a lot to be desired"

"Property was very nice, had a professional atmosphere, and everything was clean. Rooms were small with only a few extras, but again, everything was high quality and clean. Staff was very nice. Gym area was very cool with nearly everything a professional paid gym would have. We didn't expect such a well equipped gym. The pool area was clean and comfortable. Our only complaint was the breakfast. The staff was unusually frequent in checking in at the table and followed us around at the buffet talking to us. The breakfast coffee was burned and the food, while not burned, did not taste good. Everything felt overcooked or under a warmer for too long. We arrived within minutes of opening to beat the crowd from a big event being held that weekend with hundreds of people in attendance. The only thing we ate was the fresh fruit and so we left for other options. Since I prepaid for the breakfast on Expedia, no refund was available for this subpar service. We would stay here again, but we would not eat the breakfast. The onsite coffee shop and restaurant/bar appeared to be much better in quality, but we did not partake in these options."

"This is a nice property to arrive at. The room was clean and spacious. The bed was Very Comfortable. The drawback is that they wanted 17 dollars if you wanted a full breakfast or 12 dollars for a continental breakfast. The coffee stand was torn down when we came down at 9:30 AM on Saturday morning. They offered to drag everything back out again but we were on the way to get on with our day. The breakfast scenario did not sit well with us in light that we paid a premium price to stay there in the first place. It felt like they want to fleece people."

"The bad review is due to no shuttle. My travel plan was to arrive on Sat, return my rental car, then take the shuttle early to the airport on Sun. I was told the shuttle was not running due to driver illness. No backup driver available in the entire DFW metroplex? And the person at the front desk was so unsure of themself that I didn’t trust the offer of Lyft rides paid for by the hotel. The extra day rental cost nearly as much as the lodging fee."
