"This was my first and definitely not my last time staying here. Went for a quick girls getaway and the property did not disappoint. The complimentary valet and bell service was top tier. The front desk check in process was easy and.Cheryl was great. The room was clean and very spacious you can easily have 4 people in a room, we just had two .. The bathroom is elegant and bathtub was awesome. We enjoyed the spa and my masseuse Leslie was amazing, well definitely be going again"

"In general, this place was way overpriced for what it offered. We were offered a water bottle upon check in, which we got to tote with our luggage to our room. For $325 per night, might they arrange to make water bottles standard for the room? The breakfast was okay, but very staff hands-off. How about a pitcher of cream for coffee instead of thimble sized plastic "cups"? The place felt secure, but I'm still not sure what we were paying for that made this place supposedly special."

"I didn't care for the breakfast. Bacon was swimming in grease. I even told the staff member to drain the grease prior to putting it in the chafer but ignored me or perhaps didn't understand me. Hotel was very clean the only draw back is nothing is around the hotel except the casino."

"The breakfast is terrible. The dining hall is like a motel 6. The food is served like cafeteria style and prepared out of a closet. I honestly think it’s all microwaved. They had some omelettes which consisted of half a slice of cheese in the middle. It was disgusting. All of the juice is watered down and so is the syrup. I don’t even know what kind of liquid that is coming out of their coffee machine, but it is not coffee. The potatoes taste like freezer burn. The quantity of food that is put out is limited and she will straight up. Tell you that there’s no more. I even seen her tell a family that she didn’t have any more eggs which I thought was so crazy. Make sure you tell them you want housekeeping every day because they won’t clean your room on request. The pools in the weird spot it’s always in the shade. This should be called. Do it yourself hotel if you want clean linens you gotta exchange them at the front desk. If you want your room swept you gotta ask for the broom every thing you need, you have to ask for and then do it yourself. I told him there was a smell in my room and I think maybe it was the garbage disposal he almost really just handed over a gallon of Drano to me expecting me to pour some in my sink and I looked at him crazy like no, you need to come do that he had a problem with me, putting my garbage in the hallway and told me to put it in the broiler room and he really did show me where at."
