10/10 Excellent

"Great place to stay. I would stay again. I rate the cleanliness 10/10 and thats due to fresh smelling sheets and towels and I observed them mopping our room. I had no issues with cleanliness as a germaphobe. As a somewhat picky eater, I would say the food was pretty good (ate breakfast at the buffet and ordered from their pool menu). It is easy to get around and the hotel has its own pier for water taxis (10 minutes water taxi to West End). Walking distance to the shopping mall. Beach is nice. Beach/excursions vendors are a little annoying tho. Hotel staff is very friendly. No complaints except for seeing a spider, bee, and couple mosquitos in our room but doesnt affect my rating. highly recommend. Value for price for the trip and hotel itself I say 4/5."

"It's a hidden gem, if you like your vacations to be extra relax and quiet, this is the place! The staff is amazing! they do nightly activities ( trivia, karaoke, dancing, disco) and they are great, gets you involved and moving. Also, if you are an outgoing person and like to chat, you will make lots of acquaintances along the way. The food was good, I would say dinners were my favorite. They do have snack time but they are strict and stay on a timely schedule - so food its not available 24 / 7. Bartenders are very friendly as well."

"The hotel is infested with cockroaches and mice, I had to kill a cockroach in the room, told the staff and the only thing they did was to spray a lot of pesticide inside the room without my consent and with all my things inside, they even expected us to sleep in that room without a 2 and 4 year old, since I complained they ended up changing our room, but their poor communication and lack of good customer service made our stay not enjoyable at all.To sum it up it was the worst experience, don’t stay there if you want a nice hotel with nice customer service go to Mayan."

"I was a solo traveler and I felt perfectly safe. From the pickup at the airport and every moment spent there was wonderful. My only point of discontent was that the sink and shower water is salty. Not as salty as the beach, of course, but enough that I didn't feel fully clean. I bought bottled water and rinsed off with that."
