"The staff were very nice. The property was very interesting and large and has pretty patio areas and indoor sitting spots. The outdoor areas/trails need more attention, even though there was a fairly clear mowed and wooded path. There was no food available later in the evening, which was a problem when arriving around 9 PM, although they were allowing delivery services. They should at least have snacks for purchase at the front desk. When we found someone else’s takeout container under the bed when we were leaving/checking the room, the front desk gave us a free treat coupon for the nice breakfast spot on the property. They are trying very hard to get this place restarted, and I would go there again."

"The property could use some minor repairs. Bathroom door fairly banged up. Spider web with a spider coming from the ceiling, with a smashed one next to it. The door to my room wasn't even closed/ latched shut when I got there. Continental breakfast was nice, staff was fairly friendly."

"We had an extended stay. Good hotel. Front desk staff was very helpful and always friendly and greeted us coming in and out. Since we had an extended stay, they gave us a quiet room off the beaten path without even asking, which was very appreciated!! Good breakfast (omelets and everything else were great, but the scrambled eggs were a strange consistency and we didn’t eat them). Parking was good, lighting was good…The only complaint we have is the housekeeping staff weren’t very friendly and were hard to communicate with. All in all though, we would absolutely stay here again! It was conveniently located to shopping, restaurants, and within walking privileges for West Point cadets!"
