"I booked through Expedia. I was texted my room number and door lock key code the day of check-in. They do not keep the lobby open, but that presented no problems.
The room was clean and recently remodeled. The bed was comfortable. There was no air conditioning, but there is excellent flow through ventilation and a fan was provided so we slept comfortably. An extra blanket was also provided and was needed. I had an interaction with housekeeping and it was pleasant.
The room had a view of the marina and ocean views were available from the door. We watched the sunset from the landing in front of the room. Parking was plentiful. The wildlife can be loud with the windows open, but earplugs were provided.
Overall, it was a perfect experience. I would certainly stay here again
There is an on-site restaurant called The Siren which had excellent service with decent food."
"Obsessed! This is by far one of the cutest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. I can’t say enough good things. If you’re going to Westport STAY HERE!!!"
"It's a historic house. What's not to like? A music room! Game room! Living room! You could make Hubble your destination! But for an overnighter this was perfect. The musicians in my group loved the guitars, piano and organ! Great collection of esoteric board games. The bathroom was well-appointed. The bed was luxurious. We had to cram two roll-a-way beds for my group of four but still had space to move around. (But why stay in a bedroom when you have those other rooms to use?) The hosts were polite and knowledgeable of the house' history. The breakfast was wonderful: a selection of pastries, fruit, yogurt, hard-boiled eggs, cereal. No need to expect a hot breakfast with such a European-style "continental breakfast." The house offers free refreshments for guests upon arrival and throughout the stay. We loved this house! (We arrived the day we finished a four-day backpack in Olympic National Park)."
"Awesome people who work there, and awesome property- it has everything you need- pool, hot tub, always clean dry towels for the pool, water dispenser , coffee, golf, ocean beach in walk distance, guest laundry, WiFi, parking, breakfast.
We stayed there for two nights and we had asked for some additional stuff and got it right away.
However the hotel is a little old, our shower head didn't work properly, though it served it's purpose) For such old hotel it is clean and cozy enough.
Breakfast was fresh, but limited choice - no oatmeal ,eggs, bekon, yogurt, or fruit)) Though enough to not be hungry)
Good location. We had good time there"
