There was a lot of work happening around the hotel (city road works) which made navigating a path to/from the hotel safely a little more challenging than usual. One thing I would flag is that service was quite slow and I was surprised to have the hotel restaurant waiter explicitly invite a tip!"

"This may be my favorite hotel I have stayed at in Europe. It is quiet, lovingly decorated, and it is right in the heart of town. Every attraction we wanted to see was within 15 minutes walking distance. Plenty of food and shopping only hundreds of feet away. The staff were super helpful and the bar was also a treat. If I ever come back to Graz, we will be staying here again. "

"Average stay. Room was clean, and small kitchen nice to have. Pillows really flat and extra one's in room would be nice. Family pool in basement fun for kids. Would be nice if hottub was actually hot and not like a lukewarm bath. The games room, while sounds fun, is ridiculously expensive. Makes sense that it was dead when we were there.
