"From the moment we arrived to the moment we left the staff on site were simply FANTASTIC. The hotel was extremely clean and our room was perfect. Glass doors on the room's bathroom area was a tad weird for us, but we simply hung a dressing gown to protect privacy. The Japanese restaurant on site was perfect but there are so many other food and drink options, everyone will find something. We will certainly go back and would highly recommend the hotel. "

"We had a room with lake view and I would recommend paying the extra and booking one as it was a great view. We stayed when the fête du lac fireworks were on and attended the special meal put on by the hotel where we had good food and an excellent view of the fireworks.A real highlight of our holiday. We paid for the hotel parking as Annecy was so busy at this time but there are 2 public car parks very close if you are staying at quieter times. We did not have breakfast so can’t comment on that as we used the on site bakery which was fantastic. Would highly recommend you try it.All the staff are very friendly and polite. I would recommend the hotel."

"Stayed here solo before starting the Tour Du Mont Blanc trek and it was perfect! Situated between Chamonix and Les Houches directly next to the number one line bus! Great location, great staff, fun/nostalgic decor, all the amenities you can think of, reasonable food and drinks, and the view is spectacular! They offer luggage storage as well, which was just what I needed. Thank you!!!"

"Very cool hotel! The lobby was done up in a retro-industrial-steampunk style and I loved it. This place is like a resort and even has trampolines for the kids. Awesome view of Mt. Blanc."

"Great stay! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, especially Olga, who patiently answered all of my questions. The complimentary water and coffee station in the lobby was a nice touch. The electric drying rack in the room was especially convenient when traveling with a child. Thoughtful amenities and excellent service—we’d happily stay here again!"
