"If you're arriving on the train from Cannes / Nice / Ventimiglia then this hotel might be your closest option. Head up the escalator, turn left, and walk until you see the lifts. Go to the higher level and follow the signs for the Boulevard Princesse Charlotte. When you arrive at the pavement, bear left and the Novotel is around 200 metres on your right. "

"Perfect... best rating 6* if was possible. The staff were all smiling what ever job they were doing. The room was beautiful and clean ( you could eat off the floor ). Attention to detail throughout. The Spa with unlimited access ( as opossed to others near by clenched the deal, not having to book ) was a wonderful way to start on arrival and start the next day. I would suggest thia to anyone that has a chance."

"Room was fabulous. The only recommendation I have is could not figure out lights. Breakfast could be changed up. Eggs were not appealing. Suggest a fresh omlet station. "

Just not what one would expect at this price point. No hair dryer in the room and no milk for coffee. Price was €1,200 for the room for the night so you would expect more "

"I recently stayed at the hotel while attending a Forbes event and was surprised by the early start of maintenance work on the ocean-facing terrace. Beginning at 7:00 a.m., there was noticeable drilling and worker activity directly outside the balcony. Given that the hotel was fully occupied by Forbes attendees, it is unclear why such disruptive work needed to begin so early. The noise significantly impacted the guest experience, and I understand that several other guests shared similar concerns. This may be an area worth reviewing to better align operational activities with guest expectations, particularly during high-profile events."
