"Very unhappy with my stay. They have machines to check in. 1st machine wouldn't read my ID. 2nd machine wouldn't take my debit card. Had to go to dest to check in. Got to hetel 1 hour early. Was charged $10 + tax for early check in. Was then told for $18+ I could uprade to room closer to casino. I declined. Was then given vague directions to building room was in. Building really run down. Room was worse than Motel 6 as air conditioner made horrible noise. Next morning we went to check out arcade. Sign said closed 'till 3pm. Wouldn't have been able to go previous day because it was closed Monday. Never staying here again."

"Everything was great. No issues. Clean room with fantastic view of the lake. Quiet room with no issues. Had a great stay."

"Room was clean and quiet with a very nice view of the mountains. Only issue was ice machines were out of ice almost every day. Sometimes had to go to machines on multiple floors to find any. Other than that minor inconvenience every thing else was great."
