A LOT of the slot machines had broken buttons as well. Hotel check in can be very slow, but they really dont explain the amenities to you much. You are expected to scan QR codes, not my favorite. Overall it's a good stay, but waaayyyy overpriced for what you get. The in room coffee is horrendous."
