"Hotel staff was welcoming and professional. I was checked in efficiently by Chrysta. She gave me a lot of good information about both the hotel and the area.. Our room was comfortable and clean. We were in a handicapped room, and the bars in the bathroom made for a safe and easy experience. Breakfast was great in every way. There are a few updates needed in the hotel, but otherwise, it was excellent!"
