"The accommodation was comfortable, clean, wifi connection was great, the tv worked good to enjoy some movies/series, and the room had everything we needed for our stay. Just one small issue: our room was connected to another by two connecting doors, and we got a bit of a scare when, in the middle of the night, the guests in the other room opened one of the doors leading to ours (there were two connecting doors—one on their side and one on ours). They didn’t enter our room, but the noise and light that reached us while we were sleeping gave us a bit of a scare, since we didn’t know that door connected to the other room. It would be good to put up some signage or something like that. But everything else was excellent. The mini-fridge was very useful."

"The gentleman at the front desk did not seem very happy to be doing his job. Was handed the key and told to have a good stay. Was told where our room was and where we could park only after having to ask thr clerk. After checking in and settling into our, I called the front desk asking for information on where to get ice. The same clerk said I could come to the restaurant to get some as the ice machine was broken. When I went to get ice I was only given enough ice for maybe two drinks. The clerk said the ice for the restaurant and was unable to give me more as I was not a paying customer of the restaurant. I told the clerk that was not fair or right. I should have been told at check in that if I needed ice that would be something the guest would need to go and buy. In the morning we phoned the front desk asking a noon check out. Was told by the same clerk "we need the room later." I wasnt asking for another full day, I was asking one extra hour. We were only given 30 additional minutes. Overall if there was a different clerk scheduled the experience would have been better."
