Stayed one night but loved the beautiful view. Staff was super nice and very accommodating. Loved the fact they loaned us bear spray while visiting because we did see several bear sightings.

Amazing place, wonderful stay! Absolutely loved our 2 nights at Prince of Wales. The staff go out of their way to be helpful and kind. Food and service in lounge and restaurant were top notch. Our room was small, but certainly adequate and we were only there to sleep. Too much to do and enjoy in Waterton with just 2 days there. Will be back and would recommend.

The hotel is quaint and clean but not sound proof! One can hear the person in the next room snoring and every word of a conversation.

Built in 1927 the hotel has history and elegance with a million dollar view! The evening presentations were informative and presented by staff dressed in traditional uniforms. The elevator is one of the oldest in Canada and cannot be operated independently by guests therefore a climb of 71 steps to get to our 5th floor room was required. The rooms are simple and a bit small, but that lake & mountain view made up for it. We would definitely stay again!

Beutiful. Historic. Scenic. Food was ok, pricey, but that was expected, not too sure if the high tea was worth the price, but unique and fun to do just once. I did not have huge expectations regarding the room due to the history, but still nice, small and took a little to get use to the plumbing haha. Still a beautiful hotel and a fun little adventure.
