We keep it at 70 degrees, probably cold for some, to warm for others. We are sorry about the hot tub not being completed with the renovation, but are happy we could re open the pool and gym. Unfortunately, the new pumps are not working and it may be down awhile. We are so sorry you only saw the pictures of our pool and missed the under renovation on the amenities page for the 3rd party you booked through. Our pool has been listed not available since august of 2023 for the timeline of our remodel. We look forward to it opening as well. We are sorry for the experiences we had with our shuttle that night. Unfortunately our driver slid off the road at midnight due to the horrendous ice and the van was in the ditch, and unable to be pulled out until the next morning. I had to call in the night auditor early, as I could go find my driver and van. I agree it was a stressful time for all of us, my apologies for the situation at hand. I came in and set up taxi's for the last arrivals and for the next am shuttles as well. I will have a discussion with my desk agent. Sometimes things are out of our control, like the van, but not our choice to be kind, and polite. again my apologies. I do hope you will come and try us again.
