"Everything was great except one of the hostess in the breakfast place. She was not accommodating. We requested to seat by the window to see the nice view of the falls. She said the area was closed but she sat the group behind us there. We asked the waitress if we can be moved and she moved us without any issues."

"Great hotel, perfect location, amazing service! Just be mindful with your bill when checking out because I was charged for valet parking even tho I didn't have a car, and had to see the staff to fix it (recommend checking out via staff instead of the kiosk if the charges don't match). Overall, perfect!"

"Great stay , loved the all you can eat breakfast buffet, All the staff I encountered were excellent and very pleasant, the only thing I really disliked was my room it was very small considering I had a premium room, the amenities were available, along with Wi-Fi station located dwn stairs for customers to use their devices. Suggestion : would be to have towels in the fitness room, other than, I'll be back again."
