"We had a huge room, with a fantastic view of both falls, on the 40th floor! Plenty of fast elevators too! The Concierge staff were very knowledgeable about the area and Niagara Tours. Fabulous restaurants all around and inside the hotel."

"It was a great room, clean, the view was amazing, the bed comfortable, heat was a little janky and the fireplace didn’t have heat either but overall a great experience. Very close to every thing, walking distance, convenient, and all the onsite activities were a win with my little ones. "

"The hotel lobby really nice not sure about breakfast I didnt get any. Staff was extremely nice. The room was just extremely hot. I turned the fan on and still hot there wasnt an AC option & the vent was small. You need your key everytime you use the elevators which was annoying & the parking spaces just sucked. You have to constantly have someone buzz you into the parking garage. Worst part its in the back of the building. It was very close to the Venue I attented and had a few things near by but I prob wouldnt book this one again. "
