"The property is not good it has a kind of reception desk but it took us nearly an hour to get a room. Then the key didn’t so went back to reception which was 10mins away Fo the member of staff to say the batteries had gone flat in the door lock but instead of replacing the batteries we had to get a member of staff to open the door. I over the odds for one night to find you had to provide your own toilet roll and towels for showers I’d definitely not be stopping there again "

"The host goes above and beyond to create a really comfortable environment for travelers. So much attention to detail to make it a relaxing stay. Having things like tea, coffee, breakfast, snacks available when traveling as a family of 6 was beyond helpful! It gave us space to laugh, sort our luggage and rest before we flew out from Heathrow the next day. I also left my kindle behind, the team found it quickly and very kindly posted it to my UK address. "Nice Hyatt for one night. Great check-in. Forgot my converter so front desk let me borrow one. Nice dinner (salmon dish + friend got the chicken). Both dishes were nice as was the Chardonnay. Be aware the bus from terminal 5 only comes once an hour (25 minutes past the hour) so we ended up taking a taxi from the airport which was £20. "

"I liked the clear copies of the Hotel Hoppa for getting back to the airport. If I could improve one or two things: The phone in the room didn’t work very well when I tried to order dinner using room service. Also as a Marriott Hotel I don’t know why my membership number isn’t in your computer. At some places it is."
