The staff, as usual, is the star of this property. We only requent this hotel because of the staff. There was a hostess (I think) that was particularly warm and kind (this stands out particularly when in England and from America. The culture isn't as warm and hospitable there as it is where I'm from, so coming across a warm and inviting person is very noticeable! And lonely!!

I booked this hotel to stay at better hotel than ibis budget but this was way more worse The room just ends as u enter the room This looks like lowest class shady hotel The beds were un comfortable and was given a room far far away from the lift . Oh my god. The staff i spoke to who alloted me my room was damn rude and had so much pride that he was jjust not ready ton make my stay lil comfortable . I dont know how he was able to stay at this job for four years Worst experience everrrr I will never book. An ibis hotel again and would never reccomend it to any one and i will make sure i put this review everywhere on social media to make ppl aware what they say and potray and what you get .

Room hotter than hell, ac didn’t work, couldn’t even open the window to the room, wasn’t allowed to buy anything in the night for a drink, had to use tap water, severely dated, had very minimal options for charging phone like no usb ports, only one outlet worked in my room, barely any bathroom lighting. Pretty terrible all around.

On our arrival check in system was broken and we were transferred to another budget property which was horrible. Transfer and check in to the budget property was fine but the budget property was jus horrible. We first thing in morning went back and were accommodated and compensated properly. Surely will stay again at this property but won't recommend ibis budget.
