"The rooms are like an economy cruise ship berth. Thin mattress, no space, and you have to stand in the shower to get at the sink. The pictures don't even seem to be of the same building and the address is wrong. 0/10, do not recommend."

"There were issues with the check in, the room was only available after 4:30pm and there was not a human operated reception desk to provide information (only automatic self check in desks) The property is undergoing renovations and the noise was too loud early in the morning."

"Great location in Canary Wharf, perfect for Troubadour theatre, just a couple of minutes’ walk. Rooms are not luxurious, but have everything you need. The communal lounge and terrace with free coffee is nice for relaxing. We were on the 11th floor and had a great view."
