"Mia the evening is AWESOME! the rooms ARE sound proof and we love the atmosphere! the ONLY place we will stay when we are traveling i. Omaha!!"

"For the price I should be more comfortable and have basic needs met. The property was beautiful and the valet service was convenient and quick. The food at the restaurant was good as well. However, the ac was either broken or not adjustable to the tenant. I turned it to 67 upon arrival and the temp never came down from 75-it was so hot we couldn’t sleep well. The shower head was broken in a way that the head would swivel down and to the left instead of staying in place-you then had to squish in the corner to get yourself under a solid stream. There also was no basic vending machines for after hours beverage needs. Lastly, I try to consider that you never know what a person is going through but the girl who checked us in was very worked up and kept saying things like “hold on just be patient” “you’re gonna have to give me a minute” & “I can’t help you I’m new” all while I only said hello and my last name-no questions-no interrupting her. She seemed very worked up that I wouldn’t understand the basic process of checking into a hotel and I would be rushing her or something-just odd. All the other staff was perfectly nice and chill. "

"This room is great for our family of 5 - gives us all the space and privacy we need without having to buy two adjoining rooms!"

"Nice, clean room. Front desk helpful. Breakfast was good, lots of variety. I think bottled water should be free if there aren’t filters on the faucet. Shuttle was on time, clean and helpful. Next time I’ll ask for top floor, people above were loud."

"The toilet would not shut off after a flush until you messed with the handle. The bathroom sink was clogged didn’t know till washed hands and sink filled up. Was told we should have told maintenance when we checked in Sat . Didn’t know there was an issue till after our concert at 2 am and then know one there to do anything for us. "

"Most of the hotel stay was fine; however, the room we had was very dirty. The first thing I noticed were some footprints in the bathroom that looked like someone had stepped in something and walked around. They were not just footprints left by walking on a wet floor. There is no way that the floor had been mopped prior to our stay. The next thing we noticed that was totally disgusting was that their was a french fry on the couch. It was under a table that went over the couch but gross!! The final straw that led to a review was we found a "squishy" toy right out in the open on the floor. There was clearly no cleaning done before our stay or a very poor cleaning effort. The hotel in general needs some deep cleaning and some updating. There is definitely no attention to detail. "
