"A lovely cottage with history and character. As mentioned in the listings it would not be suitable for someone very tall or with difficulties. Facilities are excellent everything you need supplied. Parking is free but beware spaces can be all taken - it states 23 hours stay - no return for an hour, so be aware there is a car park attendant around! Cottage is within easy reach of the town and Abbey. A lovely stay"

"Me and my partner had a wonderful stay at the old garage, very clean very homely and very modern, everything you could need for a break away, we did find the bed a little on the hard side but everyone has different comfort level with that, shower was amazing, host was very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed on arrival, would definitely stay again if we were in the area! "The Spa can only be used for guests between 8-10am and 7-9pm, if you want to use the spa outside of these times you need to pay for spa entry which was £70pp! Also, the parking is not onsite, even though it is advertised as this. It is a 5 minute walk away a few roads away from the hotel, which you have to park and walk yourself, even though you're charged £40 per night."
