"It was a good experience but I think it would’ve been better if I was hispanic. Most of the staff only spoke to my partner because he looked hispanic but spoke no Spanish. Also our lights stopped working and it took them a whole day to fix it."

"We felt welcomed the moment we arrived at the resort. The staff was welcoming and accommodating, ensuring we had a great experience. From the front desk to the cleaning staff (Diana), who made sure our room was clean. Once we learned how to make reservations early on the resort website app at the restaurants that required them, we were delighted by the food and service at each. The atmosphere is great welcoming, and fun!!! Our only complaints were the sargassum seaweed push to purchase a vacation plan through the resort. We came to enjoy the beach, not just sit at the pool, but we spent more time at the pool than the beach. The presentation we were unaware of took up a lot of our day. We enjoyed seeing all the amenities that were available at the property if you purchased the vacation plan, but they kept us longer than promised. Then we were annoyed and hungry. Other than that little hiccup, we enjoyed our stay and would return."
