"This place does not match the pictures at all. After working and a two hr drive, checked in ,tv didn’t work. Went to office and to let them know and was told Maintenance will come, Asked if we could switch rooms and was told that’s not how it works here. They took tv off the wall and brought us an old little tv but guess what that stayed on for 15 minutes at a time. We had no tv, moldy shower, broken shower rod, and basically a sheet for a blanket. It was wild. Chalk it up to an adventure for sure. Date night was a bit of a bummer. I just hope others don’t fall for the pictures. But if you’re just looking to sleep and go then maybe this place is for you."

"Nice place to stay without hurting your wallet. Very comfortable and we can take our 2 small dogs with us. The rooms are always nice & clean; everything is so neat. Their rooms are spacious and most times there's even a little extra furniture; and carpeting (no more cold feet)! Good place to stay!"

"Very inconvenient parking"

"Clean room with just about everything you need—fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hair dryer, and an iron/board. Included breakfast is a nice perk, even if it’s just average. Tons of parking spaces, though they do charge a fee for overnight parking."

"Stayed here on 5/12. About half of the property was under construction/renovation during our stay, so there was quite a bit of noise and we were unable to rest when we arrived. Our room had not yet been renovated and felt very outdated, so hopefully the updated rooms are an improvement. We also ran out of toilet paper late at night and had to walk to the reception area to get more, as no one offered to bring it to the room. What bothered me most was that this happened around 9 PM and there were two employees at the front, one of whom was sitting on the couch at the time. Another issue was that our TV did not work. I called while we were out and asked if someone could at least take a look at it or try to fix the issue, but I was simply told "no." That said, considering the price, the stay was not terrible. The location was convenient, check-in was quick, and they did allow us to check in three hours early at no extra charge, which I appreciated. However, knowing what I know now, I would personally spend a little more to stay somewhere better next time."

"The front desk staff was amazing! Our room wasn’t ready when we arrived and they served us a complimentary wine while we waited. The room was small but so cute! Everything was clean and appeared maintained. Valet was thoughtful and quick, and overall the stay was an absolute delight."
