They exceeded our expectation. From the front desk workers that the cleaning ladies they were all so nice and kind. They respond to inquiries and questions so well and fast. Everything in the room was clean and neatly put out and the view was unreal. highly recommend!

We initially had a heated pool room with a sea view which was decent, but the pool was not heating. The hotel staff upgraded our room to a honeymoon suite and we had a jetted heated pool. The room was kept tidy, the services for breakfast was always on time at the specified breakfast time and good communication maintained to help accomodate our stay. The hotel staff were very helpful and the room was ideal. The hotel covers a large range of area and WiFi spanned a good distance coverage. We were also allowed to change our breakfast preference. Overall staff was helpful and welcoming.

Beautiful property and communication with Chrysta and Elena was great. Santorini is a beautiful location, but not much to do in winter as only a few restaurants etc. were open. We enjoyed touring the island

Aqua was amazing! The wife and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff was incredibly accommodating and pleasant. We would definitely book there again. Not a knock against the hotel but man Santorini has so many stairs. Youll definitely leave there with stronger legs lol.

This is a nice place to stay. The rooms were very comfortable and the breakfast every morning was great. Since this is on the side of the culdara there are a lot of steps which can make it difficult to get around.

My husband and I stayed here for our honeymoon and what blew us away was the view that we had. It was absolutely gorgeous! Originally, we booked the executive suite with the plunge pool, but we ended up with a different version or room of the executive suites. We asked to change, but I don't think they had the room available. Overall, we didn't make it a big deal because our room was still gorgeous and we had our own jacuzzi. I think guests should also know that there's no elevator. You'll have to walk from the lobby and to your room depending on where it's located every time. It's definitely a workout! but we dealt with it. We were able to get our steps in daily. The on site restaurant at night is so beautiful. We truly enjoyed ourselves, and let's not forget breakfast brought to us every morning was a plus!

Went on our honeymoon The view was phenomenal but the fact that we paid extra for a plunge pool but couldn’t use it because the heater was broken was a huge disappointment. Management continued to make excuses and even though they admitted it was their fault they have yet to reimburse us $1000 for the lack of this amenity. This company has no care about customer satisfaction as they have done nothing to make this right. They are saying it is “not policy” to give reimbursement!

Our stay at Aqua Luxury Suites was overall absolutely amazing! The staff was so nice and professional with amazing service and willing to do anything we needed and more. The hotel’s view was breathtaking, the rooms and common areas were always spotless clean. The breakfast was great and brought straight to our balcony. I strongly recommend staying at Aqua Luxury Suites if you are looking for the perfect romantic vacation in a great location in Santorini.

This hotel is outstanding. The views are breathtaking, the room clean and inviting, and the staff extremely hospitable. We were always addressed by name and asked if we needed anything further. Unknown to me my fiancé had made plans with the front desk to coordinate an entire day worth of activities leading up to a proposal. Upon arrival the staff were able to keep everything a surprise and were excited to congratulate us once he popped the question. We had breakfast delivered to our balcony overlooking the Aegean Sea, an photo excursion set up, and our room was decorated by staff with champagne, rose petals, and an elaborate dinner. My only complaint would be that the hot tub didn’t get warm, let alone hot. As we went in January it was pretty chilly and I wish we could have enjoyed that amenity a little further.

Aqua luxury suites location was fantastic in Imerovigli, where it's not as crowded and packed as the other alternatives (ie. Oia). The property was clean, modern, well-equipped in terms of amenities. What truly stand out was the assistance of the staff, the concierge (Manos & Nassia & team), and all the helpful recommendation they helped us book to ensure our stay in Santorini was delightful. I had a great time and was so delighted by the friendliness and impeccable concierge assistance. Highly recommended. Thanks!

Great Stay
The hotel is centrally located between Thira and Oia. The room had great views and staff were very friendly. They can arrange car service to many destinations on the island for a fee. The in room breakfast was a great touch and really made our mornings relaxing.

Beautiful 2 Night Stay Aqua Luxury Suites
We stayed 2 nights at Aqua Luxury Suites in Santorini after a week of sailing. Check in was smooth, the employee gave us info on the highlights of the area. We got to choose our breakfast and time for it to be delivered to our room. The options include eggs, omelettes, home made breads(which included mini croissants, a yummy chocolate bread, and a few other breads),pancakes, yogurts, juice & coffee. It was all very tasty. We were also asked what kind of complimentary wine we would like brought to our room, red, white or bubbles! Nice touch.Two porters took our luggage to our room and showed us the way, it's a good thing they do as the room was a bit of a walk that involves a lot of stairs and going up and down the narrow uneven walks. Wear comfortable shoes! The room, #513, was great. Plenty of space to be comfortable. The outside area has a table and seating, and a partition from your neighbor, so a bit private. Plenty of closet and shelving space to store your items. I loved the shampoo & conditioner, great smell! Cool shower, with stone floors. The view from the room is great! I liked the sunset view from Aqua much better than from Oia! It's a better angle in my opinion. The hotel can arrange shuttles for you, they said same or better than the taxi price. We booked out transfers to and for the ferry with them, cost was 40 euro each way for 2 of us for the shared van. I would definitely recommend staying at Aqua Luxury Suites & Imerovigli as a place to stay.

Beautiful hotel
This was a beautiful hotel! I had a caldera view regular room. It was bright and cozy inside, very modern. The staff was very helpful and helped me arrange a taxi from the airport, as well as had someone bring my luggage to my room. Beautiful view of the caldera from my window and patio. Breakfast was brought to my room each morning, which was wonderful. The Greek yogurt was so fresh and yummy! I did not use it, but there was a communal jacuzzi at the restaurant area. The hotel is quite spread out, so it was about a 5-7 minute walk from my room. I did not have my own lounge chair, but was told I could use the ones on the roof near my room. The area that the hotel is in is very quaint and quiet. There is not a lot of shopping and mostly higher end restaurants. I very much enjoyed this, as Fira and Oia are bustling and the streets were very busy (all the cruise ship passengers go straight to these two towns). It was nice to be out of the rush. Was definitely super relaxing. Had one issue with housekeeping accidentally throwing away my shirt (it fell into the trash can somehow). The staff was very accommodating and offered to do laundry for me. Was just a t-shirt, so not a biggie to me, but was nice to have the staff offer to help. Overall, wonderful stay, very friendly and accommodating staff, and beautiful views!

The suite was very nice and comfortable My only issue was they didn’t have a pool like most of the other properties eat by. They breakfast service was nice each morning- unfortunately the eggs each day were on the cooler side. From our two other hotel experiences while traveling Greece the full buffet breakfast options is a much better choice then room service option

The most romantic place
I wish that I could stay here again, you can't go wrong with this hotel. You will need to be prepared for a lot of stairs but that's not the fault of the hotel.

Heartwarming staff in an amazing facility
Beautiful place with a breathtaking view. Relatively new facitlity with jacuzzi in our suite. The staff can't be more freiendly and heartwarming - even when my husband and I had some personal struggle, the manager John(Yianni) and his team were there for us, calmed us down and offered great support in every possible way. They made our stay in Santorini a great one with unforgettable memory. Wish the hotels all over the world can be just amazing like them !!P.s. the breakfast is white nice, simple but healthy.

Amazing views!!! The room was amazing suite with a perfect view of sunset. The service was really great and breakfast service was lovely, good food (anything you ordered is yummy too). Staff is wonderful! Thank you and I will never forget this trip! This one was special!

Superb stay, at perfect sunset-view location. Our stay was made even better by the dedicated, concierge-level of service from everyone at the hotel. Would highly recommend to anyone seeking a quiet, romantic stay on Santorini.

Incredible “as-advertised” views! Doesn’t get any better than being at the highest point in Imerovigli with a jaw-dropping view of the caldera and the Aegean Sea. Service was great, bed was excellent, but there was one problem that normally would bring a review down to one star... noise. My wife and I were woken up every single night that we slept at Aqua suites. The first night it was some random people, likely drunk, who were extremely loud at 3 or 4 am. Didn’t last too long but we realized quickly that our room was susceptible to much of the noise from outside. The second day an Arabic speaking family moved in to 402 right next to us and were extremely loud. We went to speak with Manos at the desk because while it was during the day when we just happened to be there in between activities and dinner, we had explicitly reached out to them about ensuring that we would not be disturbed by noise in the suite that we had selected and that we would be willing to select a quieter room or upgrade if necessary... anyway, he assured us that he would take care of it right away. The noise stopped immediately and we went on our way. Unfortunately, that night, the gentleman in that room came out at 1 or 2am to have a very loud conversation on his phone which woke my wife and I up (I am not a light sleeper and we were both very tired). I phoned the front desk and they immediately sent someone who came right over and handled the situation. The final night I got no sleep at all... a

Jerry Suite, Not the “Santorini” suite u expect
Do not book this suite, it’s next to a car road, not the Santorini Classic type of suite . U should book other room of this hotel. This suite is pricy
