The staff here are absolutely fantastic. We felt spoiled from the second we got to the property until the moment we left. The views were great, the hotel itself was fantastic and we have never had better service from staff!

Amazing Branco. I had the best time. The staff and receptionists very amazing and professional. Lovely food, clean and the beach is nice. Had the best birthday here. Very safe for a solo travel.

I didn’t enjoy staying at this hotel. It was extremely noisy at night, I couldn’t sleep. I left earlier then I should because this place was a little snobbish and not my vibe, all was about drinking and partying and show off.

MAGICAL Off season visit with baby

After staying at another hotel in Mykonos (Habitat) that blew us away the night prior, our bar was set quite high when we arrived to Branco. We had read reviews saying the staff was exceptional, but they didn’t compare to the warmth and amazing service provided by Habitat. We found the front desk staff to be not overly helpful, the wait staff by the beach very slow and would rarely come to check on you. The staff at breakfast however were very helpful, prompt, and kind. The beach was of course beautiful and the main reason we chose to stay at Branco, but if we were to do it over, we would have stayed at Habitat both nights and gone to the beach at Branco as a day trip. The rooms were very nice and clean though dimly lit. The gym was a nice to have on site but did not have much in terms of equipment. We also agree with the other reviews that the dance/trance music played all day was a bit much. We came at the end of the season when the beach was pretty quiet. It was only us and a few other couples and a family laying by the beach reading or napping and the loud party music didn’t fit the mood. While we have no problem with music in general, the DJ should really play to the crowd/vibe. We also did not like that the massage/spa staff repeatedly walked by our chairs at the beach asking if we wanted their services and giving us brochures.

Beautiful hotel on a super fun beach close to other beach clubs and points of interest. Gorgeous pool and facilities. Can’t beat this hotel if you want to be on the beach.

This is a tricky one. The hotel itself is absolutely lovely. The staff are excellent. The location is excellent with access to the lovely beach and great sunbeds. The room was excellent with good toiletries. The restaurant is pretty good (or excellent for a hotel restaurant). HOWEVER. You need to know this one important thing that (for us) was a serious problem. The music that plays out to the beach is very loud and even from midday it is pretty heavy and then from 3pm it is very heavy dance/trance. So it was pretty hard to concentrate and not overly relaxing. We are relatively young and don't mind a party but this was next level. It's essentially trying to be a dance club on the beach and it is incongruous with the relatively chilled setting. It was a shame to have to write this relatively unflattering review but I hope the hotel takes note that not everyone wants to be dancing at 3pm. If that's your thing - then this is a perfect place with super staff.

For those of you that likes to listen to music from 8 am in the morning. Then this is the place for you. Dj made this property into a cool one where you can vibe to it. Staff were very nice, room was clean, food was ok. Defiantly visiting the property again.

Perfect hospitality! We went as the season was closing but despite this fact, the hotel and its staff were very attentive and made us feel very welcome. Facilities are top notch (Diptyque toiletries aplenty) and the weather and beach combo were perfect. Only downside of going as the season was coming to a close was that many of the restaurants close by were closed.
