Gorgeous property in an excellent location. Breakfast was delicious and staff was super friendly. Will stay here again if we come back to Chania.

The Isida Hotel was extremely accommodating! We loved the location and Maria (at the reception desk) provided the best recommendations!! Our only regret was not being able to stay longer!!

A friendly family run hotel with excellent facilities and set in a convenient but quiet location only minutes away from good bars and restaurants. Good value for money. Would definitely stay there again.

Tolle kleine Anlage, gepflegt, sauberer Pool. Babypool überdacht. Zimmer ausreichend groß, tolle Terrasse. Bad etwas klein, aber heißes Wasser, guter Wasserdruck. Zimmerreinigung super. Frühstück viel Auswahl, zu bestimmter Uhrzeit fast zu wenig Sitzplätze. Parkplatz vor dem Hotel, abseits der Straße. Nachts ruhig. In der Umgebung viele Restaurants. Strandnah, Strand war ok. Wir würden wieder kommen.

Ihana perhematka Isidassa
Olimme perhelomalla. Isida oli paikkana todella täydellinen meille. Sijainti oli keskeinen, mutta rauhallinen. Palvelu oli aivan erityisen ystävällistä ja avuliasta. Aamupala oli monipuolinen ja sisälsi paljon niin suolaista kuin makeaa. Ruoka hotellin ravintolassa oli muutenkin hyvää. Ulko- ja sisäleikkipaikat sekä allasalue olivat pienten lasten kanssa kivat, vaikka edes jotain pientä vesiliukumäkeä jäimme hieman kaipaamaan. Hotellilla oli mukavasti myös iltaohjelmaa: taikuri lapsille, rauhallista livemusiikkia ja discoisa karaokeshow. Liikenneyhteydet oli hyvät ja useita erinomaisia ravintoloita on ihan vieressä. Huoneesta löytyi kaikki tarvittava. Suosittelemme lämpimästi!

Very nice hotel with 2 pools, kids playground and god restaurant. It is close to the beach, markets and main street. Good breakfast too.

A great experience
Starting at Isida hotel was an amazing experience. Great breakfast, 2 pools, excellent rooms with everyday cleaning & beach towels. The receptionist Maria was very kind & helpful. 100% Recommended!

Albergo per gruppi e famiglie. C'è tutto ma a un livello medio. Nessuna disponibilità di shampoo e bagno schiuma se non dopo richiesta. Reception chiusa di notte. Piscine belle. Accesso al mare non all'interno del complesso

Dear Francesco, Thank you for reviewing us! We are taking each and every review very seriously in our try to get better. We are really glad you liked our pools. We regret that you may had the impression we are right next to the beach but nowhere in our listing we are claiming such a thing. Our premises are on the upper side of the road in Agia Marina almost 300 metres away from it,even with a google search one can see that. Regarding the reception, it operates from 8.00-20.00 and in the hotel description we also inform regarding the operating hours. However, we always stay open for late check-ins so we do not understand how this could have affected your stay negatively. Also regarding the bath amenities, the hotel policy is to provide them as a welcome offering and not replace them daily. We will review our guests' comments and see if we can change that. Of course, you are welcome again any time in our hotel. Best regards, Isida hotel
