"Our stay at Cresanto Luxury Suites was truly unforgettable. The hotel is beautiful, spacious, spotless, and exceptionally well maintained. The private pool was perfect, and every detail reflected luxury and comfort. What made this stay extraordinary, however, was the incredible customer service. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and escorted to our room. While it was very nice, it wasn’t quite what I had envisioned. This trip was especially meaningful because I was honoring the 14th anniversary of my son’s passing. The room and the view meant so much to me—they represented a place where I could feel close to him. Angela took the time to truly understand what this stay meant to me. She listened with genuine compassion, spoke with the manager, and arranged an upgrade to the most spectacular, spacious suite with a breathtaking view. Standing there, I felt like I could reach the sky and hug my son. It gave me a sense of peace that I will never forget. I will always be grateful to Angela and the entire team for their kindness. The hotel is conveniently located about 10 minutes from Fira and around 20 minutes from Oia. I actually loved being in a quieter area—it allowed us to enjoy the beauty of Santorini without the crowds while still being close to everything. I traveled with my 9-year-old twin daughters, and they were welcomed with so much love. Thank you for all that you have done for us."

"Excellent resort will equiped for families and children needs excellent food and drinks The only issue is because of it’s popularity it is too busy with many children running around and loud noises. Family room is too small and little privacy However very recommended for families"
Rodos Palace Hotel

"The hotel is a little run down and not all the amenities claimed were open. The room had a broken toilet seat and the bath drain closure was very dirty. Reception staff were standoffish and slow to service people however staff in restaurants and bars were lovely and friendly. The VIP lounge access was excellent to have."

"Hotel staff was lovely, it is convenient location with shops and bus stop right in front of hotel. The pools were nice, breakfast was good and the restaurant was nice, i would come back here again!"

"First time staying here, and it was a fantastic experience! Everything was clean, welcoming, and made for a perfect stay. The breakfast offered plenty of choice, and the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful, and accommodating throughout our visit. The location was ideal, making it easy to get around and explore the area. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with a beautiful sea view that made our stay even more special. The pool area was also very clean and well maintained. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily return in the future. Highly recommended!"
