Staff was friendly and professional, room is clean and layer out well. However the fitness center had one treadmill out of order, limited free weight selection and the hot tube was out of order.

Check in was great. The lady working was very competent . . . perfect. The room was great. We did not use any extra services but had a good experience and appreciated a free cup of coffee before we left.

Everyone I encountered was amazing through our experience related to our stay. There was an event occurring in the main entry way during our stay and the valet assisted us in locating parking, called the front desk and checked in from the door, they were very informative and helpful, even the building ...

Kasa South Side Pittsburgh
Location to restaurants was great. Elevator was out of order in the parking garage the whole time and had to walk the stairs twice a day. For a week we were there.
