The location for all amenities, the staff for their help in making our stay wonderful. The hotel itself, including the rooms, are to the highest standard and cleanliness. "Clean,friendly,lovely location and nice staff. For a three star it’s definitely only just missing out on being a four star as was hard to fault and we had a great two nights there. Food was very good,staff were friendly and attentive,rooms clean and warm with nice fittings and drinks at the bar reasonably priced. Will be staying again as loved our visit and did some great walking in the local area."

"The hotel was well-situated, with free off-road parking, close to shops, restaurants and shopping centres. The room was adequate in size for the three adults in my family, with adequate power outlets, but there is no elevator, no fridge and no air conditioning in the room. Given that it was over 30 degrees C it was very uncomfortable and sleeping at night was difficult.
