"It was a very nice place to stay . Staff was amazing! Was upgraded after my room Was not avalible . Some little ants in our room "

"Overall the hotel was beautiful. Had a restaurant on site and an indoor pool which was warm. We paid for the room with the jetted tub and it was broken. We told the desk about it and after some back and forth they gave us a new room with a working one. Then my in laws checked in and they also got a room with a broken tub. Again there was pushback but eventually we got them another room as well. "

"The price ended up being more booking through expedia, max at the front desk accused me of lying and there were kids running around the hotel floors all night. Not the best stay but the kids did have fun at the waterpark."
