Friendly staff, clean room & amenities, and at a good price if you're on a budget. It appears to have been renovated in recent times. It's surrounded by restaurants, gas stations, and is around-the-corner to I-40. Highly recommended!

Great place to stay. They had a room when i was in a bind and where another hotel canced on me last moment after i traveled a hour in a half. Will stay there again in January when family comes back for monster truck

Overall we had a good stay, for the most part it was clean. The blanket on our bed however was not clean. The elevator was out so we used the outside stairs which is fine as they make improvements. The breakfast bar was excellent. Overall I'd stay here again.

The property needs an update and a good cleaning. Carpets were gross & there were repairs needed everywhere. The gentleman with short hair and dreadlocks at the front desk was incredible. He was very helpful, friendly and is an asset to your company.

GREAT STAY OVERALL

Overall this was a great stay, enjoyed my time there. Service was great.Desk clrks at arrival.and departure were awesome. My only complaint was that the bathroom sink was dirty, there was hair and soapscum in it. I would stay here again. Needs a microwave in the rooms, i had to throw away food that I wanted to heat up, wasn't able to eat it.

Hallways were VERY stained and worn carpet. But my room was great There were no paper plates for my waffles, asked for some and tender said didn't have anymore, had to pull apart and put in small bowl.

Hotel staff were accommodating and welcoming, which is the ONLY reason I didn’t rate this as terrible. Our floor was so dirty in the bathroom I was afraid to take my shoes off. Linens were dirty and had to be replaced. Towels had someone else’s hair on them. Bathtub was chipped, water didn’t get hot, and the noise level until 4:30 am was so high, we had to ask the manager if the hotel had enforceable quiet hours! I wouldn’t recommend a stay here.

The room and facilities were very clean and modern. However the floors in the bathroom were in need of repair or new tile and grout. The staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was basic but not feeling very nutritious. Fresh fruit and perhaps scrambled eggs,bacon or sausage would be good additions to make this a five star.
