Stayed here because it was close to the Greensboro Coliseum. They were at bit behind with check in as they had so many late check outs due to the weather. Front desk was nice to work with and the whole staff was working hard to catch up. The hotel is a bit older, but everything was clean and bed was comfortable.

The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. My only complaint was finding a couple pieces of trash in the floor. Everything else was spotless. My kids loved the pool even though our trip was very short. The hotel was also extremely quiet.

Perfect for a Quick Overnight Stay!I stayed here for a single night and had a fantastic experience. The check-in process was incredibly fast and seamless, which I appreciated after a long day of travel. My room was spotless, the bed was exceptionally comfortable, and the soundproofing ensured a great night's sleep. The location is excellent, with easy access to local dining and transport. I would absolutely stay here agai

I stayed for 2 nights and needed a hotel close to NC&AT for a college visit. I arrived on a Friday night around 7pm. Check in was quick, the room was very clean, bed and pillows comfortable and it was in the perfect location with Four Seasons mall and lots of dining. The staff provided us with a list of restaurants nearby and we tried Pho at a place called I Love Pho. Oh yea, and the staff didn’t forget to offer us the infamous Double Tree Cookie! I would highly recommend and would stay again.

Everything was awesome, except out last day. The ignorance of our next door neighbors, was extremely loud, disturbing especially for my minister who fell ill during our trip. Your staff couldn't help get get these ignorant people to shut their mouths or even talk softly. I asked Double Tree staff to call the police, to intervene or escorted them off property, nothing was done. I would like to request a 1 night reimbursement stay, for inconvenience on our last day n night. These people were so noisy and lound arguing with with each other literally from Saturday afternoon until Sunday morning. I didn't understand why DT staff didn't call the police or escorted off the premises. Please see if you can reimburse 1 night stay for this inconvenience. The hotel itself was a good stay...
