"Checked in and the female associate was very professional. The female who we were checked out by seemed to not be having a very good day. When we told her the A/C didn’t Really cool the room the reaction was “Well in the future you should let the person on duty at night. "

"Staff very helpful. They came with a maintenance man to troubleshoot our thermostat within two minutes of our call to front desk. No frills here, but i would recommend if you’re not going to be in the hotel room much—not completely comfortable for sitting or relaxing. "

"I had a horrible experience here. The fridge wasn't working and I had to get a new room. It had a funny smell. The management was ok. They did get me a new room when I found out the fridge wasn't working. Then I went to dinner at the restaurant across the street and it was pretty much a bar. It was very loud. The area was average. I somewhat felt safe in the hotel. It seemed dumpy to me. There were no amenities either. I will not stay at this hotel again. "
