"I like that this hotel is close to the highway and the staff at check-in was amazing. They were super friendly and helpful! I did not like that one of the “clean” handovers had a long, dark hair on it that did not belong to me along with some stains. This is very gross. "

"We travelled from Florida to Albany for a family funeral and Comfort Inn & Suites hotel accommodations were amazing. The queen double suite was very spacious and clean and the beds were super to sleep in. The complimentary breakfast had a great selection of favorite foods and the buffet was kept very clean. We had a pleasant stay given the circumstances for our visit."

"My first time visiting Albany, it was for business, and all I need is clean quiet place to sleep. Yes, the hotel was not the little old building, which I could pick some aged detail, I could nick pick here and there such as cracked paint spots here and there. But overall, very clean and quiet. very nice hotel, I do not need anything luxury to sleep peacefully. Bathroom was very clean and nice, so does all towel and sheets. I was surprised they also have nice free breakfast. For the price, this is the best hotel in Albany."
