"1. False advertising on the Motel 6 website it states the facility has free airport transportation. The location does not. 2. The room smelled like smoke, the bathtub was dirty. 3. The walkway to the rooms on the second floor was dirty, trash on the floor and washing machines looked unkept. 4. The lobby was a mess. 5. Overall the website and the actual physical location of the property varied significantly. "

"The first room that we had which was 411 was not properly clean because unclean counter top and pet hair window cushion by the window. Then we were transferred to room 417 and it was clean on the outside, hehowever when we opened up the cabinet, there was still empty carton of beer under the sink area. Along with a heavy smell of marijuana that fill the whole room. It just lets me know that the housekeepers did not clean in either rooms do thier job. there was no desginated place for smokers. so we had to endure it while wait for our ride. I will not put any of my guest there even though the front desk clerk and mainatince was there to help. it was not thier job however they came to see and help "

"Stayed for the weekend, not bad but not great. It’s an old hotel that was updated but only so much you can do. Nothing majorly wrong but our room was more like death by a thousand paper cuts. Huge gap at the bottom of the door, toilet wouldn’t stop running thermostat stuck so room was blazing hot all weekend, 3rd floor ice machine had mold in it. Upside is that there is a fantastic little diner next door that serves an amazing breakfast, which definitely beat the 1/5 continental brrakfsst served at the hotel. Staff was nice enough but seemed bothered to be there and generally uninterested in their job. Probably poor management creating a bad work environment, if the condition of the hotel was any indication. "

"They had a water supply problem from Fri until Monday - no showers, couldn't flush the toilet..did a poor job of communicating any updates..did not assist in trying to find alternate lodging, or offering compendation."
