The room was poorly furnished. The water in the tub wouldn’t cut off it was more than a drip. The room smelled. And worst of all I was double billed for the room. I paid Expedia and La Quinta.

We found two cockroaches in our room. One between the desk and bed on our first night, another in the bathroom the next morning. The pull out sofa "cover" (there was no sheet on it)was dirty and had debris on it.

We drove from NYC to the hotel, got there at 11:30 and they told us we have to wait for check in time. Went back at 4:30 and the room still was not ready until 5:30. They need to deal better with time
