"We’ve stated before and thought it was great. Service was great, staff very friendly and helpful which is why we returned. Unfortunately, didn’t feel that this time. The people at the front door would just let the door close in your face. The check in was just ok. The hotel is starting to feel outdated. I get the charm of it but it’s in need of a refresh."
