The service personnel were discreet, amiable and attentive. Rooms are large with high ceilings. Ensuite washing machines/dryers. Detergent available at the reception. Iron/ironing boards tucked away in on of the many closets in the room. Kitchenette had an induction stove, microwave, expresso machine and a full complement of crockery. Hyatt Regency Cologne

The suite we stayed in was very spacious, much bigger than other suites around, and it faced the river and the famous Cologne Cathedral and the bridge. The suite was well maintained (contrary to some other comments we read in the hotel review). The extra bed, which we requested in advance, was noted by the hotel was ready at the time we check-in. The hotel staff was very helpful by arranging to bring our luggages to our room directly.
