These rooms need renovating. Old and warn out. Heaters don't work. Best for workers not tourists

It was ok but for the price a very tired old unit, probably more suited to the workmen who seemed to be staying in the other units. Also entrance was from a very busy road which was a little scary.

Easy accses to the room . But if i knew how small the room was and the bathroom was very tiny excellent shower pressure .

We arrive to our room to find a cat on the bed. Both myself and my travel partner are very allergic to cats (asthma). Owner seemed unconcerned and said the cat could not have been in the unit for more than a few minutes. (The cat seemed pretty at home). Offered a refund, but there was no other place to stay. Aired out the place, strpped bed covers and coughed a lot.

The owner was so accomodating even though she was so busy and answered an after hours call so graciously AND accommodated extra visitors and a dog at the last minute. She was so friendly and the camp had the same feeling of comfort and welcome and everything was spotless and the utensils etc provided were all good quality. The property is old and tiredish, but I would still give it a 5 star rating sbd id stay again. Thankyou

Really nice wee place was clean and tidy very friendly people and the staff were really awesome. Will be definitely going back to finsh off our hoilday as we had to cut it short sadly.

Amazing pebbly beach behind. I did not realise we needed sheets so they moved our booking to a great motel room with kitchen for minimal cost.

Hello our stay was great but The toaster didn’t work we left a note on it to say it was dangerous We took it to reception when we went to leave only to find a note saying office not open till 9am All my itinery info stated office open at 8 am So musta few things there that can be improved along Thank you Jan Meredith

Nice little holiday park, cabin was equipped with more than what we expected in terms of fridge but also not, where we had to provide our own bedding, luckily for us we had our own but for others this would have meant an extra cost to hire blankets.

My double-glazed bedroom window had condensation and cobwebs between the glass and the aluminum was very dirty. The spa was empty and all locked up. The children's playground was dangerous as it was falling to pieces, and it needed some major work. Gardens needed weeding. Amenities could do with an upgrade. The place over all looked tired.

Everything we needed for a comfortable overnight stay but noted would be an ideal spot for families. Playground, BBQ area and safe beach easily accessible.

Lovely little gem in Greymouth - exceeded our expectations! The beds were so comfortable and it was beautiful to fall asleep from the sounds of the waves crashing. Perfect spot for a family

Great property - basic accommodation but has everything you need. Awesome value for money and plenty of space in the units. The places were well cleaned and tidy. Wifi wasn't the best, it kept disconnecting.

Good basic room. The floor didn’t appear to be vacuumed. Location is abit further out from town for food. Wifi is really bad, it’s very intermittent but this is also when i switch to data. The area in general where I stayed has some areas with bad signal service. The showers/restrooms closes at 10am-12pm for cleaning but most of the time I was out anyway so didn’t really affect the stay. The host/receptionist was very welcoming, lovely and kind. I did leave a pair of shoes and she offered to send them to me which was lovely. For the price, it’s not bad.

This was the cheapest property we stayed at during our South Island sojourn. Luckily we had our own sleeping bags and blankets. We had to ask for towels to be supplied. The beds were comfy and we got a good night's sleep. It was love to be able to hear the waves crashing not too far away. I didn't appreciate the signs around the park that were dictatorial and quite threatening regarding times the toilets and showers could be used, and when we had to vacate the room. The kids enjoyed the playground.

Close to the sea - a 2 minute walk really cool. We were in the unit right by the road so a bit noisy. Unit was run down and needed upgrading, curtains were mouldy, unit smelt, no tea towel was provided, waited for nearly 5 minutes to be checked in while the staff member on duty was on a personal call.
