"This facility is managed by a pleasant gentleman call Kevin and a smily lady call Rada. These two people paint this facility in Gold with their warmed attention to their customers. My family was checked into the hotel by Nick who put us into an outstanding view to remember! I was locked out of my room and I went down stairs during a very busy moment but Cheyenne and Sofia were super patient with kindness to reprogrammed a new key for me then send a technician to meet with before I could even get up to my room To try my key Lol. Breakfast is the finest in town, even though I didn’t get to try all the food in Miami Lol. I just know that the food was amazing just from trying food in different places around the world. The wonderful ladies serving breakfast, presented the food with both a given heart and wonderful smile which made the food very tasty. The pool is amazing, the free drinks were made with expensive species to ease your visit! They even gave my family a ride the beach that is just a stone throw from the hotel. In short this facility is the germ of N Miami Beach and I will be back!!! I recommend this to anyone wanting to visit Miami and are looking for a place that will feel like home."

"Breakfast buffet was not worth $25 per person. It needed more variety. Long line for omelets. Should have had scrambled eggs already done for people that don't like omelets. No wheat bread, no oatmeal, no yogurt. Not worth $25! Coffee was too strong and no choices."
