"This hire in grindelwald is a perfect location! It is located right near the train station and the start of the main town road. The room itself is a bit small but if your staying longer than a day there is plenty of space to take out clothes and everything and not fee extremely tight. "

"We had a fabulous short stay here. The hotel is very close to Wengen station and we managed to walk up the hill with our (small) cases without too much bother. Check in was with the lovely Miriem (sorry if I've got that wrong!) who showed us around and gave us plenty of information about the hotel. The room was good (deluxe double with balcony), beds were comfortable with plenty of space. Bathroom was basic but clean. There were lovely little welcome touches, such as a personalised card and biscuits. There's a kettle (hoorah!) and a coffee machine. But the absolute best part was the incredible view, which actually brought us to tears as we were so overwhelmed. We were lucky enough to be in a corner room with two balconies so had morning coffee on one overlooking beautiful chalets and the valley and evening drinks on the other for sundown. We made use of the outdoor swimming pool (6 francs) which is just a few minutes walk away and we had a quick walk through the town which looked very lovely and lively. We'd planned to go for drinks and some live music but were too tired from our excursions to Interlaken so just enjoyed drinks on the hotel terrace instead. We popped to Lauterbrunnen to see the waterfalls as this is only a 10 minute train ride down the mountain. We were also lucky enough to meet the hotel's resident dog, Caramel, who came to give us a friendly welcome. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and definitely recommend this hotel. We will be back!!"

"The hotel is located at a convenient place where is walking to train station and street around 2-3 minutes. The foods at hotel are delicious with excellent services. The view is very beautiful. It is only suggested the hotel inside should put more lights or directions to guide the customer. "

Our room was spacious, clean, and offered a breathtaking view—perfect for relaxing after a day of exploring. The breakfast was delicious with a good variety, and the on-site restaurant exceeded our expectations. One thing to note: the hotel is located on a hill, which adds to the beautiful views but can make walking with luggage a bit challenging. If you're arriving by train, we highly recommend using a taxi/shuttle service for convenience. Overall, a comfortable and memorable stay. We would definitely return and highly recommend it to others!"

My flight was delayed due to a plane crash at Toronto airport, and without me even asking, they adjusted my reservation by a day to accommodate the delay—truly above and beyond service. The food is absolutely spectacular, the spa is amazing, and the views? Breathtaking. The rooms are luxurious, with massive 700 sq. ft. suites overlooking the Alps—pure perfection.
