Top Gringo Gulch Hotel Reviews
Buenaventura Grand Hotel & Great Moments - All Inclusive
10/10 Excellent
"Everyone at the Hotel is super nice and helpful. They will try to get you to purchase a time share, but they dont harass you at all. We did it last time we were there to get the upgrade and a couples massage."
Hyatt Ziva Puerto Vallarta - All-inclusive
8/10 Good
"STOP TRYING TO SELL PEOPLE TIME SHARES!! We are on vacation and NOT INTERESTED, so please make sure u let them know from the gate. The bed was comfortable. Yolanda was our housekeeper, she was excellent and made sure we got everything. She had a special touch and every morning she would come in and make our room feel like our mom had cared for us. The food was good, not phenomenal, but good. The water drinkable there. The swim up bar is kinda gross.. it needs a fountain or something to move all that oil and dirt from people in that heat, I’m really glad we had a swim up pool room. Very nice florals and decor. Next time I’d stay at an air bnb in comparison to the price. It was safe and clean there. Room service is decent. 3.9 stars out if 5."

Fiesta Americana Puerto Vallarta All Inclusive & Spa
10/10 Excellent
"This was the fourth time we stay at Fiesta Americana the first time we booked through a travel agency and we fell in love with the way the staff treated us that we don’t even try to find a different resort we always book at Fiesta American the resort is beautiful and the staff makes you feel right at home. I’m not good with names and I don’t need to be because everyone at Fiesta American goes out of their way to make sure you are treated like a king."
Hilton Vallarta Riviera All-Inclusive Resort, Puerto Vallarta

"Overall great time - the beach and the ability to swim and snorkel is absolutely amazing !!!"
Sheraton Buganvilias Puerto Vallarta
8/10 Good
"Staying at the Sheraton was overall a good experience. I booked the all-inclusive package, and the bartenders were super friendly while the rest of the staff was helpful and welcoming. One thing to know is that reservations are required for two restaurants. One night, I didn’t have a reservation and noticed several open tables, but we still weren’t accommodated. I understand the policy, but it was frustrating to see empty tables and not be seated. Govitas was amazing and definitely a highlight. The food was beautifully presented and tasted just as good as it looked. I would absolutely recommend it.My biggest complaint to sell the RCI 90-minute presentation in exchange for a discounted spa day. I politely declined several times, but they continued asking. They got me when I first checked in Employees outside also frequently asked where I was going and tried to sell tours or make recommendations. After a while, it became annoying, especially when I was simply trying to leave and enjoy the area. A few things to know about all-inclusive: room service costs 100 pesos, and TV Wi-Fi for services like Netflix is not included. I paid separately for the spa, and it was excellent—very relaxing and worth it.The hotel store is extremely overpriced, but there’s a grocery store and pharmacy about a five-minute walk away. The pools were great, although the water was very warm in August. The beach was my least favorite; the water was fairly murky"
