"The hotel was okay and served the purpose of my one night stay. My only real drawback was the bathroom. The heater's knob pertruded and was extremely close to the toilet. So if you needed to sit on the toilet you had to sit somewhat at an angle. The staff was extremely pleasant and helpful. "

"We had a fantastic stay at this hotel, the location is great, ten minute walk to the train station or a tram stop right outside. Food at the restaurant was great as were the drinks and the room was excellent too - 10/10 would return"

"Shower without door, every time took a shower water ran all over the bathroom floor and made it very slippery."

"I asked for walk in shower and they gave me only a bath. I messaged them multiple times to book me airport transfer. They took 4 days to reply and then it was too late. Flies in my bathroom. Breakfast staff abrupt and rude. Won’t stay here again"

"Beautiful, newer hotel, central to everything Vienna has to offer. It is so central, we walked everywhere and enjoyed exploring and seeing the sites on foot. We chose to have breakfast daily in the hotel, and it was lovely. We did not have time to try the restaurant for dinner, but it looked fabulous. Nice bar in the lobby area. The rooms were spacious, clean, and all areas of the hotel felt welcoming and like home - not a cold hotel feel at all. The light show in the courtyard outside the hotel is a bonus, and will be a memorable part of our trip. Note that the entrance to the hotel is inside the buildings courtyard, not out on the street. Highly recommend this hotel, and we will be back again in the future!"
