The location is a few minutes to the Praterstern train station. The hotel has plenty to do as well as a restaurant where the food was good but a little over priced but expected for a hotel. This did feel more like a hostel or a shared apartment complex rather than a hotel. I really enjoyed it and look forward to staying a other Social Hub locations.

One of the best I’ve ever stayed, in terms of the cleanliness of the property, facilities provided and location as it’s 8 minutes walk where near to train station or tram right infront to city centre.

Slightly out of the main city. Approximately a 20 minute walk to get into the main city. 5 mins walk from the nearest train & underground station. Modern and young vibe with friendly staff. Rooms were clean & spacious.

Overall great hotel if your staying in Vienna. Its away from the heavy crowds but very close to praterstern station that goes everywhere! One comment about the room itself, would be beneficial to put a little shelf in the shower.

Conveniently located near the Prater and close to public transportation, the hotel is a good starting point to explore Vienna. The rooms are very quiet and the central AC can be a live-saver during summer. Cleanliness is generally okay, housekeeping can be a bit erratic.

Amazing

Room and hotel was lovely. Bed was massive! The female staff member was lovely and really helpful. She gave us lots of tips and told us all her favourite christmas markets. I didn’t manage to get her name but she had short brown hair and glasses, she was amazing.

The one thing that could have gone A LOT better was that my husband celebrated his bday and I asked if a cake or a piece of cake can be arranged. One woman at the front desk said no worries in the morning. Later in the evening, we got to the hotel and I spoke to the front desk and the man never heard of the request. Again he said not a problem and we will arrange for a piece of cake on the house. In the morning of the breakfast, I went to the front desk and they had no idea what I was talking about and asked if I could go talk to the kitchen. I said no, as I don’t work here. Then the man from the front desk went up and asked that I follow him and then I stood on the side and the chef said loudly will she pay for it. My husband was there and the whole thing got uncomfortable for a freaking piece of cake. Finally, they brought him cake with candles that I bought and told him to blow them out quickly as no fire was allowed. Otherwise, we enjoyed our stay but this was for sure unpleasant customer experience.

Our room was very dark, no AC that we could get going, and our bed was very hard. We decided to move to the hotel we had just left. Of course we didn’t receive a refund, but we were okay with it. The walls were black, there was no decor, the tv was a computer monitor, the bathroom was mostly black tile and an open room. I didn’t feel the pictures in the listing matched what we walked into.
