The food is excellent and the staff is extremely friendly and accommodating. The entire hotel is well appointed with fresh rooms, amazing mountain views and shuttles to the area ski lifts. The hospitality was unique and we got a lot of recommendations for fantastic walks in Valtellina's vineyards, restaurants, etc. The breakfast, cleaning and the service we experienced was extraordinary. "The place was clean and nice. Unfortunately it says language spoken English. That wasn’t the case. Worked through that and then tried to eat. No vegetables at all my wife is vegan. Grocery store downstairs so we shopped, tried to borrow a fork from the hotel and NO was the answer. Ate with hands. Bummer"
