The room was in the front of the Hotel. The noise from the trams and other sounds from the street went on till late at night. And it started early in the morning.
The staff were helpful and the breakfast was sufficient. It is very close to the main railway station. Munich Hauptbahnhof.

We had a wonderful stay. The location couldn't have been better, with, Viktualienmarkt, Marienplatz, retail shops, and public transportation all within easy walking distance. The staff were incredibly warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. A special mention goes to Ahmet at the restaurant, where the food, service, and atmosphere were all exceptional. We would happily stay here again.

Terrible location. Neighborhood is very bad. As a tourist walking back to the hotel from the old city after dinner at night you feel very unsafe.

The bedsheets were not changed unless you stayed a minimum of 5 nights. Had to get your own clean towels for the room which wasn’t a big deal.
