A nice place to stay for a few days. But lack of air conditioner. Will be a problem in summer.

Staff is very helpful & kind. Check in went very smoothly & held our bags till room was ready. The air conditioning in the room wasn’t really working well, would sweat all night if under a cover. Room size is fine for Amsterdam, I’ve been in much smaller rooms & I am not a tiny person. When in a city like Amsterdam you aren’t really there to be in your room. The breakfast was very basic, they shouldn’t charge for such a breakfast, it should be free with the stay. Add a cook to make certain egg dishes if are going to charge for the buffet breakfast.

Wonderful hotel! It is close a few minutes walk to metro station which takes about 12min to reach Amsterdam central station. It is located in a quiet area with a 3min access to mini mart operating from 7am to 7pm and no such food or other facilities. It has an easy access to Amsterdam for day trips via metro. We found the breakfast a bit expensive for $24 per person so we decided to eat out. Our room had toilet on one side and shower sink on the other side. The automatic control of lights and curtains was a plus and easy. The room had a kettle and refrigerator which was a plus. Overall, pleasant!
