"Ein wunderschöner Aufenthalt mit einem tollen Panorama auf die Adria. Das Zimmer war sehr schön und toll eingerichtet. Badezimmer groß und sauber. Der Pool war herrlich erfrischend. Leider konnten wir wegen einem Sommergewitter nur am ersten Tag nutzen. Gefrühstückt haben wir draußen mit einem tollen Cappuccino. Die Auswahl am Buffet könnte besser sein. Brötchen oder Croissant Fehlanzeige. Dafür Obst und selbstgemachte Kuchen mit Schokolade und etwas Brot. Da hätte man gerne etwas mehr Auswahl...

"We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Villa Marezi! Everything has been completely renovated since July, and it really shows. The accommodation is spotless, modern, beautifully finished, and equipped with everything you need. Honestly, we couldn’t find a single thing to complain about. Sylvia and Roberto are fantastic hosts who make you feel welcome from the moment you arrive. It was also a perfect place to stay with my dog, who felt just as comfortable as I did. "I had a wonderful stay and would happily recommend this place to other travelers. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained, making it easy to relax after a day of exploring. The property itself is cozy and full of charm, surrounded by beautiful nature that creates a peaceful atmosphere. What really made the experience special was the staff. Everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and always ready to help with a smile. The food was also excellent—fresh, delicious, and prepared with great care. "Hotel is close to the beach. Hotel service is overall excellent. Beach parasol booking at the hotel. Breakfast was excellent even though half hour slots is too tight and really not acceptable. There were an espresso machine in the room but no coffee capsules, only the. Instead they offered instant coffee - a bit cheap. Does not reflect the otherwise quiet boutique luxury this hotel offers."

"I arrived around 9:00pm and I had been given clear instructions on how to get into the building including codes and the process was really easy I had a WhatsApp number and was in contact with management throughout giving me instructions on how to access my room My room had everything that I needed it was clean and really cozy when I put the bedside lights on The bathroom was spacious and really clean The room had amenities such as Tea Fruit tea and coffee and complimentary water in the mini fridge which was very welcome after a long travel x I was in Fermo to attend my nephews wedding he was marrying a local girl and unfortunately I had broken my travel iron on my Rome trip so I text management over WhatsApp to ask if they had one for me and they did!!! Which was a life saver thank you very much x I really enjoyed my stay at Lido it was in the perfect location for me right on the beach and also right in the middle of the late night markets which were amazing It is also close to an amazing gelato place just to the side of the hotel x you have to try I also loved the vending machines inside and outside of the apartments But remember if you want alcohol you have to have a Italian ID card but the lovely locals helped me with that x Thank you for making my stay in Fermo so relaxed x"

"The property is in the upper side of the town, the view is amazing! Daniele is the perfect host, he knows everyone and everywhere, he can reccomend you the best food spots, beaches and everything else. The room was small but very comfortable, fridge, tv, bathroom and even a small balcony. Breakfast is served from 7:30 and when you get down the stairs you can smell the croissants coming out of the oven. I had a great experience, the historical part of the town is a few minutes walk and the beach is 10 min walk, in the evening (summertime) you can even jump on a small train if you feel lazy :) i definitely recommend it! Natural Village Resort

"I can't speak highly enough of our trip to this resort. It really is a small village that has all the amenities you need. It is very family-focused where I would think most, if not all guests were families with young / teen children. It is pet-friendly, plenty of guests with their dogs which was lovely to see. The staff were remarkable, helpful everywhere we went and serviced us with care. The place has a great community pool, fit for all ages, has a shallow end for the little ones, a medium bit for older kids, and a deep-end for the stronger swimmers. They have a private beach area, already setup with chairs and umbrellas. There's staff on the beach as well to assist. On the beach is a seaside restaurant. Reservations are required but it was lovely sitting on the patio, overlooking the sea. The cottages themselves fit our needs. We are a family of 5 so we got the two bedroom. A little kitchen, dining area (although we had most meals outside on the porch), master bedroom for the parents, one bedroom with two beds, and a bed in the lounge. Bathroom was nice and modern. There was always entertainment happening throughout the day and evening which was included. There are small shops and restaurants that come with an extra cost but you also have the option to go off resort to shop or eat as long as you have a vehicle."
